You will partner with Enablement Business Partners to assess needs, craft learning objectives, and deliver impactful solutions. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive execution independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct structured discovery with business stakeholders
• Develop formal proposals aligned to revenue objectives
• Lead design of learning journeys and resources
• Own execution from design to program adoption
• Track and report on program effectiveness and business impact
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in program management or enablement
• Proven success in cross-functional initiatives
