You will receive hands-on training in various operational tasks, working alongside Facility Technicians and Engineers. Key Responsibilities:
• Support technicians with daily data center maintenance tasks
• Help in preventative maintenance and basic repairs
• Monitor alarms through the Building Monitoring System
• Assist with customer handling, including installations
• Respond to and update service tickets as required
