Eprop Global Support Specialist (Miguel Hidalgo)

In this role, the incumbent is a member of Procurement Center of Excellence and reports to the ePro Product Owner. The role involves interacting daily with corporate buyers and various eProcurement users across North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. The incumbent is responsible for addressing and resolving user issues with the P2P eProcurement tool and enabling users to transact with suppliers via PPG’s eProcurement platform. The role also involves implementing quality improvement processes to develop innovative ways to improve procurement processes and methods of doing business for Corporate Procurement.
