Epitaxy Process Lead: MOCVD Yields & Quality

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business seeks a Process Engineer to own the MOCVD thin film epitaxy growth process, ensuring operability and meeting process KPIs. You will drive continuous improvement and collaborate with production, process integration, and other functions to optimize yield and quality across the manufacturing line.

Responsibilities include defining DoE, implementing process control, and supporting equipment engineering for new processes and tools.
