As an Epidemiologist, you will help shape how a multi‑site academic health system understands risk, identifies meaningful patterns, and acts on substantiated insights. You’ll be a partner collaborating with clinical leaders and frontline staff to shape infection control and antimicrobial stewardship strategies across diverse medical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Support quality improvement activities to ensure best practices in infection prevention are implemented.
- Analyze quarterly hand hygiene audit results and produce reports for unit feedback.
- Collect and analyze denominator data and other information for surveillance and program evaluation.
- Provide infection control information to patients and staff about routine surveillance activities.
- Develop reports and improve reporting of infection control indicators.
