- Technical Tools: Proficiency with Data Courier, My Chart, and Community Connect
- Specialized Workflows: Experience with Dental, Telehealth, or COVID clinic builds
- Optimization: Strong background in enhancing In Basket build, e‑prescribing (Sure Scripts), and Haiku/Canto/Rover setups
