Eolectric Construction Director Position

Join Eolectric as a Construction Director and drive the success of our wind and solar projects. Lead strategic initiatives and operational oversight for major infrastructure projects across Canada.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire construction process for our high-value projects, including Astuwicuwon and Papoqji'jg, which commence in early 2027. You will regularly travel to project sites in New Brunswick, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while navigating complex construction logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish strategic goals for the construction function
• Oversee all construction project financing and performance
• Manage project risk and ensure proactive mitigation
• Develop external and internal project management teams
• Maintain rigorous health and safety compliance across sites
Requirements:
