Core Responsibilities
- Client Development: Source new business leads, cold call, and meet with employers across your local NZ territory to understand their staffing needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Advertise jobs on platforms like Seek NZ and search databases to find the best talent.
- Screening: Conduct phone and in-person interviews, check references, and verify eligibility to work in New Zealand, drug and alcohol testing.
- Placement & Offer: Guide candidates through the interview process, negotiate salaries or hourly rates, and finalize employment offers.
- Database Management: Keep candidate and client records up to date in recruitment CRM.
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, Talent search (HR), B2B sales, or customer relationship management.
