Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee financial management for all activities in the Country Office, including expenditure oversight and accountability.
• Supervise treasury operations, forecast cash flows, and validate that funding is received and disbursed in accordance with donor agreements.
• Prepare programme and budget reports in accordance with IOM regulations and review monthly accounts of the Country Office.
• Prepare financial analyses, oversee the budget control process, and analyse variances between budget and actual expenditures, taking proactive action to prevent deficits.
