The Role
We are opening expressions of interest for a detail-oriented Customer Success Manager . This role will focus primarily on implementations and onboarding , ensuring smooth transitions from sale to full platform adoption for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end presales and implementation projects from kick-off to go-live
- Develop and execute detailed project plans tailored to each customer’s needs
- Configure the CorePlan platform to meet specific customer requirements
- Conduct thorough data migration and validation processes
- Design and deliver customized training programs for various user roles
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure on-time, successful deployments
