Responsibilities
- Managing and handling telephone calls: answering incoming calls, directing calls to consultants, customers, staff, or departments through the system; placing outgoing calls; delivering accurate information and efficient service in answering requests, providing information, and resolving service issues for customers; providing paging services for customers and employees; knowing the appropriate actions for emergency calls; reporting machine or equipment malfunctions to the Head of Services; training or assisting with training new telephone operators.
