Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing a clean and safe learning and working environment for students, staff, and university guests by responding to the daily cleaning needs of the Lory Student Center facilities with a focus on sustainability and customer services.

This position will work Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm

_ A signing bonus of up to $2000 may be considered for the successful candidate. _

Essential Job Duties:

• Keep office, learning, and dining environments clean and safe using “green” practices.
• Clean hall and room carpet and hard surface floors in office, learning, and dining environments by vacuuming, shampooing, sweeping, mopping, etc.
• Clean around outside of buildings by picking up trash, sweeping, removing gum, washing sidewalks and snow/ice removal.
