Responsibilities

  • Apply and expand technical, client delivery and project delivery skills in the Remediation Program Management (RPM) team.
  • Identify and understand project objectives; develop specific work instructions and health & safety plans.
  • Support development and improvement of project health and safety plans in line with Zero Harm policy.
  • Participate in a 10–20 person client‑specific delivery team while leveraging the experience of the entire RPM group.
  • Engage with a Practice Area Network to address complex technical issues across locations.
  • Complete fieldwork assignments in the Alberta foothills and locations within Western/Northern Canada (up to 50% of the time).
  • Plan, lead, or work on technically challenging environmental projects in Western and Northern Canada.
  • Maintain a work‑life balance with a hybrid work solution (remote or office, 3 days a week).
