Environmental Professional, Contaminated Sites Project and Report Coordinator (Regina)

Position Overview

We are seeking Project and Report Coordinators focused on contaminated sites to join our growing Prairies and Territories Site Investigation and Remediation team. This office‑based role supports Project Managers with project execution and high‑quality client deliverables across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Northwest Territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a strong health and safety culture and actively participate in Stantec’s Health and Safety Program.
• Create and lead a positive safety culture on all projects.
• Work with Project Managers to develop field instructions and coordinate field scopes of work with Stantec staff and subcontractors.
• Coordinate field data collection from a variety of SIR field tasks, including Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments, ongoing monitoring, and general remediation and reclamation activities.
