Job position: SST (HSE) Specialist
Location: Lima Office, Peru - HYBRID
Reports to:
HR Operations Leader
About the Role:
Lead the Health and Safety at Work (SST/HSE) strategy and management system in Peru / Chile, ensuring compliance with local and corporate legal requirements, risk prevention, and a culture of care that protects all employees and contractors.
Monitor SST matters in other Latin American countries and oversee providers contracted by the organisation for this purpose in applicable countries.
Support other HR processes in the country of residence according to the organisation's strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the SST Management System aligned with corporate and legal standards, adapted to the reality of each LATAM country.
- Ensure local regulatory compliance (legal matrix by country) and corporate requirements; coordinate internal/external audits and action plans.
