Stantec is looking for a motivated Junior Vegetation Ecologist for our Manitoba or Saskatchewan offices. In this collaborative environment, you will carry out wetland assessments, manage biological inventories, and conduct ecosystem analyses, all while adhering to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment standards. Your work will greatly influence our local and national initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct biological inventories following provincial protocols
• Undertake natural resource planning and assessments
• Perform desktop mapping of wetland and vegetation data
• Participate in HSSE policy implementation during projects
• Contribute to medium to large technical tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Science field
