Entry-Level Quality Engineer Position

Take your first step in quality assurance with Linamar as a Junior Quality Engineer. In this entry-level role, you'll work with diverse teams to design procedures and monitor quality across production.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least six months of experience in a Quality Assurance setting, preferably within the automotive sector. You will play a critical role in documentation, training production staff, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements while managing quality concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage Process Control Plans and quality documents
• Train employees on inspection gauges and methods
• Address and manage customer quality concerns
• Facilitate PPAP package completion and submissions
• Perform audits per internal requirements
