Entry Level Production Engineer

Bourgault Industries is seeking an Entry Level Production Engineer to join our team in St. Brieux, SK . In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes and tooling improvements to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. You will lead projects to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and optimize production processes while analyzing performance data to identify bottlenecks. Additionally, you will develop standard work and conduct time studies to support data‑driven decision‑making and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
