New Era Technology is seeking an onsite IT support professional to act as the first point of contact for education-sector clients across Kerikeri and Kaitaia. You will handle tickets, communicate with non-technical users, and troubleshoot technical issues in person and remotely.
Responsibilities include daily timesheets, cross-functional collaboration, and local travel. A NZ citizen or permanent resident with a valid NZ driver's license is required. A company vehicle is provided.
