Entry-Level IT Support & Customer Helpdesk

Cooee Inc. is seeking an entry-level IT Support professional to join our US-based dental operations platform team. You will provide timely technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, and help maintain Windows Server and UniFi infrastructure.

You will manage devices with MDM, deploy antivirus across client environments, document knowledge base articles, and serve as the first contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat while delivering clear guidance on system usage.
