**General functions**: Generation and follow up of the LATAM orders and shipments, including documentation ensuring fully compliance of local and export requirements for different countries. (Primary Ecuador & Argentina but also gives support to the Pacific Region) Customer service: Provide response/solutions in a timely manner to requirements from external and internal customers and support on claims process through the analysis of customer disputes.
