Enterprise Transformation - Project Manager

What we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that drive strategic change across Lloyd’s Register. This role focuses on delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programmes spanning business processes, operating models, people, and technology - with a strong emphasis on business outcomes and benefits realisation , not just project delivery.

This role is suited to candidates with experience in enterprise or organisational transformation , rather than those whose background is primarily in IT system or product delivery.
