The Role

Ethena is building the financial infrastructure for the next generation of digital dollars. As the Enterprise Sales Manager you’ll be the commercial owner of our Whitelabel Stablecoin product, one of our most strategically important offerings, and will also generate leads with enterprise profile clients for Ethena’s wider products – originating, negotiating, and closing partnerships that embed Ethena’s products and infrastructure into leading payments companies, neobanks, and fintech platforms worldwide.

This is a high‑ownership, full‑lifecycle role. You will identify and qualify target partners, develop tailored pitches for different counterparty types, and drive deals from first contact through to launch – working closely with legal, operations, finance, and product along the way. You will report directly to senior leadership and directly influence Ethena’s growth trajectory.
