Enterprise Risk Manager

Monzo Europe seeks an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to help us grow safely and sustainably across the EU. You will embed ERM, balance risk discipline with a fast‑moving culture, and support governance with robust processes.Based in our Barcelona/Madrid hybrid office, you will lead risk identification, appetite, horizon scanning and reporting to the Board while promoting a strong risk culture and delivering training.
