In this leadership role, the Enterprise Project Manager is accountable for obtaining clearly defined project success criteria and outcomes that aid in achieving desired strategic, business outcomes. This will be accomplished by leading cross functional teams through Schreiber Foods’ project management process, Enterprise Project Management (EPM). Leading others by guiding them through the EPM process requires project management skills established in the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as industry best practices.
