Enterprise Application Specialist, IT

Location: Dublin, Ireland (hybrid) or Barcelona, Spain (hybrid); Portugal or the United Kingdom (remote).

What You Will Do

• Serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom, Okta, and associated AI capabilities.
• Develop and communicate platform roadmaps, governance standards, and long‑term strategies for supported applications.
• Own platform health, integrations, lifecycle management, licensing, and operational excellence.
• Stay current on vendor releases, AI enhancements, security updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve the employee experience.
• Lead the rollout, adoption, and organizational training of AI‑powered workplace technologies including Gemini, Slack AI, Zoom AI Companion, Atlassian Rovo, and related tools.
