Enterprise Accounts Growth Director

Confidential is seeking a Director – Enterprise Accounts in Manila to drive strategic growth across Tier-1 enterprise clients in banking and fintech. You will own end-to-end account strategy, lead executive sponsorship, and maximize long-term value and profitability.

The role requires deep experience in payments ecosystems, strong CXO relationships, P&L ownership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across product, delivery, and sales to deliver multi-year contracts.
