English-Speaking AE – Madrid (Uncapped Commission)

Doofinder Spain is seeking an Account Executive (English-speaking) in Madrid to own the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close. The role requires native or bilingual English, a US accent, and residency in Spain with no relocation support.

You will manage high-volume outbound prospecting, hit KPIs, and coordinate handover to Customer Experience after closing. The position is hybrid with onboarding on-site in Madrid and ongoing travel as needed.
