Contributions to the Team

• Provide technical support on Global/Challenger structural topics to internal and external customers.
• Issue and manage engineering change requests for in‑service issues, working collaboratively with Engineering and the Program Office throughout the review and approval process.
• Monitor fleet performance to identify reliability and technical issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities in response to fleet operators’ technical inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations related to assigned responsibilities and findings.
• Write technical publications, including articles and Advisory Wires, to inform and support the operator community.
