About the Role
- We’re looking for an engineering technician who is eager to jump into a small team working towards designing an optimally performing pyrolyzer, the backbone of Charm Industrial’s operations and mission.
- You’ll be working alongside a cross‑functional team of engineers to design, build, and test novel pyrolysis platforms, while also supporting ongoing operations with the B‑Series fleet (and future D/E series machines). You’ll work to continuously improve hardware and systems to meet key performance metrics like carbon conversion and reliability.
- You’ll be successful at this role if you love working with your hands on electromechanical equipment, you’re eager to learn about pyrolysis, and you’re constantly thinking about how you could improve the system through small and large modifications to make this system optimal for our operations team.
