Summary The primary purpose of this position is: The purpose of this position is to develop a large variety of technical and complex service contracts to support Civil Engineer real property facilities and equipment, in addition to commonly contracted-out refuse collection services, custodial cleaning services, and grounds maintenance services. Responsibilities Provide planning, design, execution, and contract award process of multi-discipline/multi-year service contracts. Performs duties related to cost estimation, benefit/cost analysis, contract bids, and securing government funds.
