Engineering & Tech Rotational Graduate Programme

Rolls-Royce is recruiting for an Engineering and Technology Graduate on a 24‑month programme in Singapore. You will rotate through roles across ET&S and potentially Civil Aerospace, Defence or Power Systems, gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing, software and digital, and various engineering domains.

You’ll work toward professional qualifications, supported by a career coach, with hybrid and on-site arrangements as the scheme requires.
