Key Responsibilities
- Managing a small product team of 3‑5 engineers (backend and frontend).
- Spending about 30% of time on management and the rest on product development.
- Involved in hiring and onboarding of new engineers.
- Acting as the spokesperson for the team, managing dynamics and driving optimal execution.
- Providing continuous and constructive feedback and coaching to grow the team.
