Engineering Team Leader, Boston, Lincolnshire
We're looking for an Engineering Team Leader to run a small engineering team at a busy manufacturing site just outside Boston. This is a 4 on/4 off day and night shift role, paying around £55K, with real responsibility and hands-on work.
You’ll:
- Lead the engineering team and keep production running smoothly
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve machinery
- Make safety and quality non-negotiable
You’ll need:
- Manufacturing engineering leadership experience
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills
- Comfort with rotating shifts
