Engineering Talent Acquisition & Growth Partner

Abb is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Advancement Partner in Santiago, Chile. This role involves partnering with HR and business leaders to improve HR practices and support recruitment processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, especially in engineering, as well as expertise in various HR systems.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, advanced skills in English and Spanish, and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field. Knowledge of CRM tools and consulting experience are also essential.
