The Engineering Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a distribution design department, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external customers. This role provides both technical and non-technical leadership, manages project scopes and resources, and drives continuous improvement in workflows and business processes.
