Lead the definition of the technical strategy of the project thus influencing Customer towards Baker Hughes solutions. Take care of the estimation/accuracy of the budget associated with the proposed solution. Prepare, within the required timeline, the most compelling technical proposal at first submission. Apply product and quality policies, addressing, and mitigating any residual risk as per Baker Hughes procedures.
