As Engineering Service Technical support for AIS, you will work in the project team to develop the technical solution according to customer requirements. This includes the entire process, starting with clarifying fundamental questions, identifying spare parts, defining materials and tools for repairing activities and minor modifications. Documenting best practices, standard procedures, and lessons learned.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
- Taking over the entire technical clarification process of customer inquiries of the product and project business for high-voltage switches/systems/devices in the field of AIS Switchgears.
- Support of internal teams with technical questions, especially with project management/order processing, sales, purchasing and PLM in the quotation as well as order processing process.
