Engineering & Project Mgr

**Role Purpose**
Manage several projects on a tactical level; specifies and coordinates the implementation of a project.
Responsible for meeting projects objectives within quality, time, and budget targets and for managing associated risks.
**Context & Core Responsibilities**
- Contribute to and review the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
- Define /design activities for critical problems and its solutions
- Coordinate a small team of specialists to implement project tasks as well 3PL personnel
- Provide the interface and maintain a confident relationship with other contributors to the project
- Contribute to setting project evaluation parameters
- Negotiate changes to project scope or specification with the project sponsor / client
