Overview As the Engineering Manager for the LIPE Querétaro Eaton plant, you will lead a team of 10 direct reports and 22 indirect reports to coordinate and execute product line support for Eaton's LIPE Product Line.
You will organize engineering team activities in alignment with the product line and plant goals; you will represent the engineering team in plant-level decisions; you will engage and develop the QRO engineering team to drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
