**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and coordinate engineering projects from planning to execution and delivery
- Manage project costs and execution plans
- Use MS Project for scheduling and tracking
- Oversee capital projects including new equipment purchases and building infrastructure
- Ensure successful implementation of processes that generate products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors

- Proven resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Assertive communication skills
- Experience managing teams and interacting with contractors
