Project Tasks

• Gather all project & service requirements with Sales/Customer
• Verify complex requirements with GBU (e.g., RAID requirements, bootleg BIOS, etc.)
• Ensure all service questionnaires are filled out correctly and submitted in CD Online tool
• Ensure all BOM tools (EZ Config, GSO, SCM, etc.) are used to verify that requirements are valid
• Enter project requirements into CIS Project Database
• Coordinate requirements/setup issues with Sales/Customer
• Communicate CIS schedule and status daily to Sales/Customer
• Coordinate Validation activities with Engineering/Product Data Mgmt (PDM)
• Ensure project is set up properly in CIS Project Database (factory setup is correct, NPI Type is correctly set, etc.)
• Coordinate service setup with Engr/PDM and communicate any setup issues to SPM
