Engineering Operations Leader – Fab5 (300mm Semiconductors)

Imec in Malaga hosts an Engineering Operations Manager for Fab5, overseeing installation and commissioning of 300mm semiconductor equipment in a greenfield R&D fab. You will lead engineers and operations staff to ramp wafer processing, improve tool performance, reliability and efficiency, and collaborate with Leuven during onboarding until mid-2028 before relocating to Malaga.
