Engineering Officer

• 1. Oversee heat treatment processes to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory standards
• 2. Coordinate and execute project plans related to heat treatment improvements and process optimization. Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, and other stakeholders
• 3. Monitor process parameters, analyze data, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• 4. Lead and support small-scale projects, including trials, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• 5. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management and auditors
• 6. Support plant troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to heat-treated products
• 7. Willing to travel to different manufacturing plants as business needs require
