Engineering Molding Manager (Tijuana)

This position is responsible for leadership and management of a group of Tooling Engineers and Tool Room Operation. The position is based in Tijuana, Mexico. The position will be responsible for the molds maintenance and repair and will lead efforts to improve their condition.

• Improving processes, leading and participating in projects, recruiting and supervising engineers and technicians, and assigning personnel to achieve company objectives.
• Coordinating with internal and external users of injection molds to jointly find the best solutions to improve mold reliability and condition.

• S. degree in an engineering discipline
• Experience in Molding Operations
• Experience with Molds
• Ability to provide effective leadership (technical and otherwise)
