Airswift is searching for an Engineering Manager to join a leading oil & gas company, based in Villahermosa, Mexico. This position will be responsible for leading and integrating multidisciplinary engineering teams across drilling, completion, and workover projects under turnkey schemes, ensuring technical excellence, cost optimization, and safe project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all engineering disciplines involved in well construction and intervention
- Oversee well design, planning, and execution strategies
- Ensure integration across drilling, completions, fluids, cementing, and geomechanics
- Manage technical risk, operational performance, and cost efficiency
- Support bid processes, technical proposals, and cost estimation
- Act as the main technical interface with clients
