We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our Clinical Solution engineering team—a high‑impact group building the tools that directly improve how mental health care is delivered across North America. This is a player‑coach role : you’ll lead through mentorship, process, and strategic clarity, while staying genuinely hands‑on with the technical work alongside a team navigating the rapidly evolving AI‑assisted development landscape.
