Engineering Manager (Torreón)

This position requires an individual experienced in the development of NPD/ODM projects, preferably Adaptor and charger devices, with direct responsibility in managing NPD/ODM projects.
A strong understanding of physics and electrical engineering fundamentals is required.
Responsibilities
Manage entire Engineering division within the group (approximately 180 staffs) to obtain overall process / budget improvements.
Work cross-functionally with senior management in other departments to support business cost reduction.
Proven ability to build and grow engineering teams and set up R&D; division across Asia pacific such as Singapore and Japan.
Responsible for product design and Assembly drawings for OEM and ODM products.
Coordinate with US/Europe customers on DFM (Design for Manufacturing) for OEM and ODM products, ensuring that customer quality specifications are constantly met.
