Engineering Manager, Software Delivery & Growth

Solera in Mexico City is seeking an Engineering Manager (Manager III) to lead a squad of software engineers and SDETs, drive backlog, roadmap, and releases in a fast-paced, high-delivery environment.

You will mentor engineers, shape technical strategy, collaborate with product managers, and ensure quality across coding, testing, and deployment, while maintaining SDLC processes and Agile practices.
