The Opportunity

The Engineering Manager leads and coordinates all engineering activities within the GI unit in Chile, ensuring excellence in technical execution, resource planning, and operational performance. This role provides strategic direction, develops engineering capabilities, oversees outsourcing needs, and ensures that all deliverables meet contractual, quality, and on‑time delivery requirements. The Engineering Manager partners closely with Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and integral engineering teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
